EMPI GTV-2 twin port cylinder head assemblies to suit Type 1 engines with 90.5mm or 92mm bore.

- CNC cut intake ports, exhaust ports and combustion chambers.
- Extra material around the intake and exhaust ports to allow for massive porting without the need for welding.
- Manufactured from a special aluminium alloy for strength and durability, plus it's repairable.
- Added material surrounding the combustion chamber for deep fly cutting.
- 3-angle performance valve job.
- Assembled with 40mmx35.5mm Stainless Steel Manley Valves, Dual Hi-Rev Valve Springs, Chromoly Retainers, Hardened Keepers, Rocker, Exhaust and Intake Studs.
- Custom Intake Gasket included.
- Accept D7EA - 12mm 3/4” reach spark plugs.

    Exhaust Port Volume: 80cc

* Note: Lash Caps P/N 00-4006-0 are required in all cylinder head applications that have Stainless Steel Valves.
